WELCOMEGibson Dell is a firm of building surveying consultants providing permit approvals. We are just about building permits. We don’t try to be everything of a building nature to everybody. We just do building permits. We don’t do design certification, we don’t do audits and we don’t do due diligence, we just do building permits. We offer a no nonsense, no frills attitude to building surveying. Our objective is to provide a building permit with a level of guidance and high control to deliver a quality product. We do building permits for people who want it done right and are prepared to be forthright and open about their design intent. Oh! By the way we do conduct inspections for some of the more discerning reputable Building Surveyors through our inspection services businesses of Westinspect and Southinspect. These services though are exclusive to Building Surveyors only. Gibson Dell has been in the consultancy area since 1985 when it first entered a joint venture arrangement with another successful building surveying company. The principal Robert Papageorge has been a qualified building surveyor since 1982. Roberts’ experience was established in the building industry where he was involved directly between 1968 and 1982 in the construction area and holds a Diploma of Building from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, he is also a holder of a Masters Degree in Business Administration issued by RMIT which he gained in 1995.
